Last night, I sat down to ponder what the Alex Gordon demotion would do to the Omaha roster. As far as I’ve been able to tell, the post didn’t publish, then was published – it showed up in my Google Reader – but is gone again. The Royals have made an infielder-related move since I made that post – they released third baseman Travis Metcalf. I’m not totally surprised, except that Metcalf fit in really well with The Process by almost never walking.
