• This one isn’t baseball, but it’s silly – A literal video of Total Eclipse of the Heart. Awesome.

• Rob White continues his streak of really, really excellent player profiles as he answers the question, “What is Brian Buchanan still doing in Omaha?” I had heard before that the team offered him a coaching job. Buch is one of my favorite people on the ORoyals roster, and I do hope he sticks around as a coach.

• Now, the Royals are playing at the quirky 3:08 start time at The Wart Trop. And Carl Crawford just got a HUGE gift at first base in the first inning. OH GOOD.
