AHEM. Not to toot my own horn here, but….
2) Bannister will be called up, and was being limited to only 30ish pitches in order to fit him into the KC schedule more easily. With an off day tomorrow and Sidney Ponson scheduled to go on Tuesday, perhaps there’s an opening for someone to start in Horacio Ramirez’s place on Wednesday in Cleveland.
…But if #2…happens, I want to be able to point to this post and say I saw it coming.
Yep, tooootally saw that one coming.
Bannister called up, Waechter to the DL. [Royals.com] My Banny powder blue is relevant again!
EDIT: I actually wrote this at about 10:30 this morning. For some reason, our lovely software decided not to actually publish it. How am I supposed to toot my own horn if technology is going to delay me by so many hours?

What’s you early-season take on these players:
Hulett – As of the 20th, led or tied for team lead in OBP, SLG, RBI, (breath) SB, 2b, and 3b.
He really needs to let the other kids play.
Lubanski- a new Lubanski??
Rosa – any issues with him from his season-ending injury last year?
Thanks.
